We, J&B Fitness Ltd. trading as Spin City Bristol take the privacy of your details seriously. We will not sell, rent or share your details with any third party.

We have cameras in each studio, reception and aimed at the outside of the main door.

These are purely for the safety of our students and instructors, and are increasingly becoming an insurance request.  We will never share or publish the recordings unless there is a lawful reason to do so.  Any incident free recordings will be deleted automatically after 30 days.

We have to take certain personal data from you. This includes contact details and health details. We collect these details to ensure your health and safety during a class.

We will only use these contact details to inform you of class changes or if you booked onto a class and did not attend, and, under our cancellation policy, owe money.

The emergency contact details will only be used in an emergency.
